SciLeaders travelled near and far in July, from farms in Ireland to the beaches of Bali, while Ollie and Nuala headed to Barcelona for FENS. As a fully remote team, we can work from almost anywhere, so these photos are a mix of business and pleasure. We’ll let you guess which is which! 

Our Employee Engagement NPS Survey

We recently ran an Employee NPS Feedback survey across the team and the results are in!

Flexibility came through as the biggest highlight, alongside our culture, team support, cohesion and work-life balance. It’s great to see that the things we value most about being a fully remote team are also what our SciLeaders appreciate most.
